    Many of us are on our fitness journey for several reasons, especially after COVID. We have been going to the gym, busting our butts, doing squats, push-ups, cardio,  lunges, deadlifts, and all the good stuff. We have been drinking our water, fasting, and meal prepping, but when we go to the doctor, he says these four magic words " YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT." We go to the gym daily to waste time and money; NO! Today we get to Talk our shit back with no remorse. These doctors think they are all pretty and handsome, but you could see a nutritionist too!
