  • Small Business Tax Strategy
    Nov 18 2024

In this episode, we have one of the most valuable conversations you’ll hear as a small business owner. Joining us is Courtney Epps, the founder of OTBTAX, a renowned tax strategist, international speaker, and author of More Relaxing Less Taxing and What’s Your Plan B?.

It’s no secret that every small business owner shares the common goal of keeping more money in their pockets and reinvesting it into their business. Yet, despite this universal aim, many small business owners lack even the foundational step of categorizing their expenses, let alone having a robust tax strategy to prevent overpaying taxes.

Courtney shares her expert insights and actionable tips that can empower business owners to start taking control of their finances and stop leaving money on the table. Her experience in working with businesses of all sizes has given her a unique perspective on how to legally and ethically free up money through effective tax strategies.

Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting your business journey, this conversation is your sign to find a tax strategist and take back control of your financial future.

  • A History of Veterans Day
    Nov 11 2024

Today we honor and thank our veterans I think one of the many ways we can say thank you is by preserving history, learning our history and learning from our history so…

Today’s episode is a history lesson. We are in desperate need of learning more of our history and the history that leads us to where we are now. Yet, we often fail to truly understand our history or appreciate the broader scope of world history. With so many agenda-driven retellings, misunderstandings, or outright disregard for history, I aim to bring more historical context to the podcast when it makes sense. With this episode releasing on Veterans Day, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to begin incorporating more history into the show.
