    Joe Cowsert worked at McDonalds for over 10 years and worked at UPS as as loader. He went to the Launchcode Bootcamp and almost failed out. Through it all he dug deep and ended up reaching the end of the program! Not only did he become a software developer, but he became a developer at the same place he was a LOADER!
