When optimizing business processes, it is key to realize the importance of the human factor in the outcome and success of business transformation. 79% of the surveyed CEOs are concerned about availability of key skills among their employees. And while the CIOs are looking at the overall investment in technology and quick implementation of digital transformation, 68% of the CFOs are reporting that crisis-driven transitions to remote work will boost long-term efficiency and lead to cost reductions.
