    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup (200g) of granulated sugar
    • 2 teaspoons (10ml) of vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon (5ml) of ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) of nutmeg

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

    2. Grease a 9x13 inch (23x33cm) baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

    4. Add the bread cubes and raisins (if using) to the mixing bowl and stir until the bread is fully coated in the liquid mixture.

    5. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes so the bread can soak up the liquid.

    6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure the bread is evenly distributed.

    7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
