When I was in Japan for work, I visited the Peace Museum in Hiroshima. It’s purpose is to show the human cost of war. Wars are fought between governments and principalities. Who suffers the most, but the innocent civilians caught in the middle. Much like it is the Israeli and Palestinian civilians who are likely to suffer the greatest losses in the current conflict. Big W, popular department store in Australia, has decided that a book encouraging children to participate in sex, written by Yumi Stynes and Dr Melissa Kang, should be on their shelves. I will never understand why these people think that children ought to be taught explicit sexual content, tips, and techniques. Make the logical and coherent argument to me that children need to be shown and taught this.
