A must listen for any parent
I discovered this podcast through Ten Percent Happier and have listened to most episodes multiple times because it makes me feel so much less alone in my inner struggle with whether or not I’m doing this parenting thing right. Social workers often think parenting is very black or white, which means a lot of parents will be pushed to feel they are doing things wrong, but it’s just not that simple. A lot of circumstances dependant and nobody can predict what anyone will go through, never mind knowing everything they already have been through. Unless you can read minds, you never will know someone else’s circumstances. But this pod cast helped me realise I am normal and not doing a bad job as a parent.
