Finally, the first episode of Season 5 is out, and I hope you enjoy listening to the episode as much as we loved talking.

In this episode, we talked about so many things about Vijayakanth and his contemporaries, like Superstar Rajnikanth and Kamal, and the choices of movies all did. Rejections faced by Captain, the number of directors he introduced, his reach in the rural areas, and whatnot. I hope it was interesting for you and not overwhelming!

Vijayakanth, one of the iconic Tamil stars from yesteryear, rose to fame and became known for his rivalry with the likes of Superstar Rajnikanth. He garnered a loyal fanbase, particularly in the rural parts of the state. I’ve been working on bringing this Season out for a long time, but for various reasons, I couldn't publish it while he was alive. This series serves as a tribute to the Captain and shows our love for him and the great person he was. New episodes will be released every fortnight, and the first episode in the series will be published tomorrow at 6:30 PM.
