In this episode, I talk about what it means to Change Your Channel, which is to change your thoughts, feelings, and actions to live a happier and healthier life. I talk about the traumas and tragedies I’ve experienced and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Despite the sexual assaults, physical traumas, and toxic environments I’ve experienced, I have learned how to live a happier life because I have learned how to change my channel. I hope sharing my personal story helps others know that regardless of their past, greater happiness is possible, one change at a time.
