    There’s been much talk of Chade’s infamous morning routine, so this week, he thought it might be helpful to take you through each move while he does them!

    Of course, be safe, Chade’s not a personal training expert, but these are moves taught to him by people who are. This is designed as a guide to what Chade does, do not partake in any exercises, ever, without first consulting a medical professional incase of any heart conditions or other health risks, this ep serves solely as a record of each move as Chade does them. I wish I didn't have to write this but I hate the idea of someone jumping straight in with zero prep and injuring themselves.
