Listen as we take some of the weirdest stories and make them even stranger as we explore the wild and wacky world of Harry Potter, Malcolm in the Middle, and Grease fanfiction.

  • Episode 12: Not Home for the Holidays
    Nov 3 2020

Covid may be a relief to some people, since they have an excuse to NOT visit friends and family for the holidays and will be able to avoid their intrusive questions like, "when are you settling down and having kids?!" (spoiler alert: NEVER!) But for some of you, you're not so lucky! We read some face-palming, jaw-dropping advice columns where some people just don't know how to mind their own business! Plus, we discuss some advice and tactics you can use if you have to endure a familial interrogation in person (or via Zoom?). It may be the holiday season, but we ain't home for the holidays this year!

Plus, what's it like dating as a childfree person in this day and age? We don't know, but some people do, so we share some red flag stories and discuss the difficulties of finding trustworthy partners who aren't hiding secret children. Jared's story about a past coworker might have you cringing or laughing -- depending on your sense of humor.

Our Cat of the Week is our dear, departed Cupcake who left for the Rainbow Bridge in May 2018 -- see her cute pics on our instagram and submit your kitty for a future episode!
