An incredible little ADHD safe haven podcast 😊💕

Catie and Erik are so down to earth, they talk about some really difficult topics with such honesty and openness, yet manage to add in so much humour and positivity. This podcast is invaluable to me personally and I'm sure to many other neurodivergent people out there.

Life with adhd feels so overwhelming sometimes, and many of the people in my life cannot truly ever understand the struggles relating to my adhd, so hearing Catie and Erik chat about all of the same things that I understand so well really makes you feel heard and understood. It's truly become a safe heaven for me and I'm grateful for it.

Thank you Catie and Erik for being so awesome!
