It has been a particularly tough week for the tech industry, especially in Canada. Sean still has a job, but that doesn't make seeing coworkers and friends leaving any easier. Layoffs are a business decision, but how come it feels so personal?

Linh and Sean share their perspectives on what we can do for ourselves, and for each other, when we have to say goodbye to our colleagues.
