If you don’t fire client who need to be disengaged or fired, you risk:

• Getting resentful
• Reducing work efficiency
• Not enjoying your work
• Not enjoying your accounting firm
• Staff suffering or feeling demoralized
• Staff leaving
• Not having capacity for a great client to onboard
