    In the second edition of The Business Masterclass series, our subject was Building Workplace Wellbeing where we explored recruitment, retention and wellbeing to enable businesses to develop more effective plans to address these critical workplace concerns.

     

    Our guest speakers at this event were Dolina O'Neill, an HR Business Leader and Senior Consultant with Business Clan, Omar Qassim, Head of Employment Law at Peacock & Co Solicitors, and Tsz Wu, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Pink Squid, a multiple award-winning creative agency focused on employer brand. We were also joined by Katrina Hayes-Brown from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or CIPD, the professional body for the HR sector.

     

    The event sparked lively discussions around wellbeing in the workplace, effective internal communication and how to achieve better business engagement across organisations.
