Building new construction in Florida has both its PROS and CONS. With a brand new house, you will mostly likely go through the 1st year working with the builder to fix some cosmetic details. Also, within the 1st year that is when your house will settle and you may see some minor cracks in walls, tills, etc, but all that is common and can be repaired.
