    Jan 7 2025

OUR GUEST: Al White - Lead singer (and multi instrumentalist) of The Family Business and production manager at Comedy on State in Madison, Wisconsin

Brother has had a few wobbly pops and some mild hallucinogenics, so he immediately identifies that having 2 people he calls Al on the show will become confusing. After a brief brainstorming and improv session to determine who will be called what, Jon comes up with a theme to run through the show that also lets you listeners play along at home!

Al is an only child, but The Sibs don’t hold that against him. After The Sibs gush again about how Comedy on State (run by Ana and Eve) sets the bar for comedy clubs, the trio name drops a few of the other clubs crushing it from both a comedian and audience perspective (Comedy Works in Denver, Acme in Minneapolis, the Helium Clubs).

After Jon shares how he incorporated Al into his set that weekend, we talk about Ali podcast “The Pitch Pit”. Brother physically assaults Sister, and then we find out how Al ended up working at Comedy on State. There's a possibilty that Carnivore Al is a clone, but one thing is for sure: people named Al understand fighting on planes.
