Living with vulva insecurity can be lonely as f*ck. That’s why I created the Outie Sanctuary, a 6-10 month membership for vulva owners of all genders to gather together to heal.

  • #57 How to Decondition Your Mind From Patriarchal Conditioning
    Sep 2 2024

TW: very brief mentions of SA and DV. Lexi (they/them), aka The Cycle Witch, coaches entrepreneurs, businesses, instructors and healers to dismantle patriarchal influences from their practices by embodying Cyclical Arts - a devotion to lunar, menstrual and hormonal cycle education.

Lexi is someone I definitely admire and align with on so many levels. They have a very assertive, thought-provoking, raw, audacious writing and teaching style that’s so badass and today you’re going to learn how they got there. Being socialised as girls, we can become super passive, ‘gentle’ communicators who are fearful of fully expressing the breadth of our personalities and to take up space. Today, Lexi takes us deep into their life journey, sharing about their experience being autistic and how they have come to be the assertive, confidence, unapologetically expressive person they are today. We also discuss how to deprogram your mind from patriarchal conditioning and how to begin creating a better world free from patriarchal structures and how to cope with misogyny.
