In this episode I’m talking with the wonderful Jenna and as usual it was recorded right after her appointment.

Jenna is a massage therapist so is used to bodies in all shapes and sizes. Like me, she sees beauty in all of them. To me, that made our chat even more engaging. She also told me something about her childhood that I’m still trying to comprehend, I just can’t wrap my head around it. In this episode I’m talking with Marsha

Like most episodes it was recorded straight after her appointment. This is another long one, over 50 minutes again. And you know what, I really enjoy this part. Which kinda surprised me, as an introvert.

Now, for Marsha, this experience is part of a 10 year plus bucket list to be completed by her 50th birthday. The appointment was just 6 days before her birthday. It’s really satisfying to be a part of someone's plans for growth. And her bucket list is all about growth and self love, as you’ll hear.
