Natalia Eileen is the Founder/CEO of Seen@Work, a boutique consulting firm that offers companies of all sizes and industries community-building programming and inclusive leadership coaching and training. With over 12 years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Natalia worked full time in DEIB at a variety of organizations including Danone, Deloitte, Meta, and Teach For America.

In her 20s, JJ experienced irregular menstruation and was repeatedly reassured by doctors that it was nothing to worry about since she was "young and it wouldn’t be an issue." However, trusting her intuition, JJ sought out a naturopath, driving hours for an appointment. After just one visit, her menstrual cycle returned, sparking her deep curiosity about natural medicine. When Ally was 5 she was bit by the passion for the pen and the page. At 11 she wrote my first memoir, and at 32 finally figured out how to turn her passion for writing into a living and published her own book at 35!

Ally helps brilliant, badass woman brave their own path to the page, to craft their story with confidence, and to believe, without a doubt, their story of grit, hope, and triumph has ridiculous power. She's on a mission to empower woman to share their stories not only by ghostwriting them but by guiding them to do it themselves if that is what they choose. She's a midwife for woman’s memoirs.
