Hello everyone. I hope you've all had a great weekend.

In this episode I will be discussing mother wounds, Mommy Issues. My personal encounters with my mother along with relationship circumstances where my mother wounds were vulnerable and see through. I know we've all had our battles with our mothers but it is important we take the responsibility to heal that wound. Unfortunately, you may not ever be met with a sincere apology. You may never get closure from her. But it is most certainly your responsibility to not allow that pain and those wounds to derail your life. To devalue yourself. To lower your standards. To affect how you operate in your life.

Some of our behaviors are deeply rooted in our subconscious through how we were treated by our parents. I truly believe that there is a reason for everything especially when it comes to the human condition and behaviors in and out of interpersonal relationships. It is up to only us to recognize those behaviors and traits, to be self aware enough to realize when we are harming ourselves and potentially harming those around us.

I am not perfect. And I accept full responsibility for my actions and behavior towards others and how I treated others. That is the only way I will be able to truly genuinely correct behaviors and reprogram my mind. To heal. It starts with me. It starts with you.

    Hello everyone.

I hope you all are doing well and that this new year has brought new insights, new adventures and new friends along the way. In this episode I self reflect on my own personal battles, being back home again, taking accountability for my decisions and the journey of true inner change.

Life can hit us with some pretty hard things and unfair circumstances. Throughout childhood into adulthood. Although it might not be our fault some things happened to us (or for us, iykyk), it is our responsibility to make sure we aren't projecting the things we have been through into our life habits or onto people we love especially when those things have negative effects on you, your life and the people around you. Knowingly or unknowingly.

I have always tried to be the best me I can be, or at least had that passion. However, the many masks we conure as forms of protection or survival eventually slip off the more you avoid what you're trying to run from. And out of the blue you are faced with everything you have been keeping from yourself dead on. I hope you can listen and get something out of it. Whether that be motivation, feeling seen or heard, or a new perspective on life's battles.

I love you. You can do anything. You can be anything. Just be the best you.
