  • It has been brought forward by a non-disclosed developer, that the area of Rescue ( yes folks, a few miles from El Dorado Hills) off Deer Valley has been slated to house TWO large mental health and addiction services commercial center, along with a third location in Shingle Springs for "Pro-Natal" Services to people qualified and on California Medi-Cal system and Native Program services. This extremely rural area with little infrastructure, other major services of hospital and law enforcement area is not equipped to sustain a major shift in the trajectory of this area.
