• Episode 8: "Anatomy of a Hustle" with Clinton E. Galloway
    Apr 19 2023

He fought the law and he won! This episode is an important piece of history that I want to make sure is not soon forgotten... My guest, Clinton Galloway, prevailed at the United States Supreme Court in the battle to bring cable television to South Central LA for the first time in City of LA vs Preferred Communications (1986). Clinton is the author of two books discussing his journey to SCOTUS-- Anatomy of a Hustle and What Did You Think was Going to Happen? He now serves as CEO of Drum Capital Corp., and hosts his own podcast, "Ooooh, I'm Tellin.'" In this episode, discuss the corruption, outcomes, and decisions Clinton endured, especially at the hands of black individuals elected to power over courts and government. We consider: what if the main source of systematic and institutional racism decried by the Left is not white supremacy, but instead the "hustle" of corrupt opportunists in the Democrat Party? This is a jam-packed episode, a double-length double dose, heavy on facts and analysis! Enjoy.

  • Episode 7: Murdaugh Victims of Deception, Legal Counsel Ronnie Richter
    Mar 30 2023

This episode features a fascinating interview and update on the case with Ronnie Richter, attorney for the victims of Alex Murdaugh's corrupt insurance fraud. Ronnie is the co-founder of Bland Richter, LLP., a firm that has become a huge name in legal malpractice and complex litigation. Alex Murdaugh's trial has taken our nation by storm as he was tried and found guilty of murdering his wife and son, Maggie Murdaugh and Paul Murdaugh. But before the trial, before the pursuit of justice, there has been a web of financial deception surrounding the deaths of Gloria Satterfield, Stephen Smith, and Mallory Beech. We know Gloria Satterfield passed away shortly after a horrible fall on the steps of the Murdaugh's Moselle property... but what unfolded afterwards for her loved ones? Brace yourselves, the murder conviction was only half of the story.

    Dec 24 2022

Merry Christmas Eve! As we look towards the New Year and drown our election sorrows in cider and retail therapy, deep questions remain… What can we learn about humanity from America’s past and present political failures? How can we do a better job of selecting and electing quality candidates for public office? How do we sniff out the “Schnooks, Crooks, Liars & Scoundrels”?

Here to discuss this and more with me is Gene Berardelli, a prominent New York-based trial attorney and Newsmax Insider with extensive experience in election law, successfully representing conservative candidates. He is also the author of, ““Schnooks, Crooks, Liars & Scoundrels: A Field Guide to Identifying Political Buffoons” and he currently hosts "Buffoon of the Week!" a weekly web show which seeks to find the dumbest political newsmakers of each week.

Blackface... Braids... BET. In this episode, I take a deep dive into both sides of cultural appropriation, leaving you with a better understanding and more informed position on the issue.

Updated to add; A clarification on the timeline discussed in the episode—it was actually 2001, not the 90’s, when BET was sold to Viacom.
