We sat down with Chef Joey Maggiore, owner and founder of the Maggiore Restaurant Group. Joey is the son of famed-chef Tomato Maggiore – whose restaurant, Tomaso’s, is a staple in the Arcadia community. From growing up in the kitchen, to starting his own cache of eateries, Chef Joey continues to make a mark on the Valley – and has plans to expand beyond – to southwest states – in the near future.

Known as the official unofficial Hip Historian, Marshall shares interesting bits and curiosities from our past: the semi-forgotten people, places, and events that have made us who we are today by using storytelling, film footage, photographs, sound recordings and artifacts. Marshall brings history to life – most recently with his virtual History Happy Hour presentations.

As a fourth-generation restauranteur, Chef Christopher Collins knows his way around the kitchen. Collins is the owner/operator of Common Ground Culinary, which has Arcadia-area eateries like The Macintosh, The Collins Small Batch Kitchen and Wally’s Pub, to name a few.
