Joey is the son of famed-chef Tomato Maggiore – whose restaurant, Tomaso’s, is a staple in the Arcadia community. From growing up in the kitchen, to starting his own cache of eateries, Chef Joey continues to make a mark on the Valley – and has plans to expand beyond – to southwest states – in the near future.
