Antediluvian Revelations: A Poetic Retelling of the Book of Enoch, The Prophet Season Two Episode Three

  • Summary

  • This Third Episode of Season Two is Part Two, Canto Three titled: "The Parable of Knowledge and the Fate of Mankind." This episode actually predicted the current war in Israel, and it also predicts the widening of that conflict with the burning of the West Bank. Pay attention to the details. The parables of wisdom and knowledge are the lengthiest segments of the epic story. As explained in the introduction episode, the organization of the poem has a limit of 12 subsegments for each canto. In the third edition manuscript, Canto 3 spans from pages 127 to 141. This canto has 12 subsegments the same as the first two cantos in Part 2, and all of the cantos in the first two parts of the poem are organized with 12 subsegments. The structural plan for the poetic retelling thus required dividing the material into three cantos instead of only two, so Canto Three will be a continuation of the second parable with the addition of content related to the fate of mankind. Canto Four will cover the last of Enoch's three parables, which is another 20 pages in the manuscript. Canto Five separates a uniquely curious component of the text, and the author will identify this portion as being the only known writing of Noah, who was a Chosen One.
