    Carla Smith is the CEO & Founder of the first and only inspirational hat store in Massachusetts. She is a certified life coach and business mentor, with extensive experience in grant reviewing, marketing, and branding. Carla is an EFORALL Roxbury Business Accelerator Alumni Entrepreneur and an EFORALL SouthCoast Mentor. She has volunteered extensively in her community, won the 2007 Model Citizen Award, and co-owns JayCee Business Group.     Wonder Hollingsworth is a paralegal and the Group Leader of the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) in Boston, MA. Wonder is dedicated to raising awareness and support for those affected by Alopecia. They are organizing a significant Alopecia Awareness event on September 15th and have been instrumental in fostering a supportive community for those impacted by this condition. In addition to her work with Alopecia, Wonder plans the annual Stop the Stigma: Mental Health Awareness event and the annual Sickle Cell Gala, showcasing their commitment to addressing various health issues and supporting the well-being of their community.
