  • Looking after your mental and emotional health is one of the most important things you can do to look after yourself. There shouldn't be a stigma around in and we shouldn't wait for something to go wrong before addressing it. It's about practicing self-care, being introspective and understanding where you're coming from so you know how to get to where you want to be.

    I love journaling and it's a great way of expressing yourself; almost like a form of talk therapy, but sometimes it's hard to know where to begin - especially when your thoughts are whirling round your mind at 100 miles an hour. So here are some of my favourite journaling prompts to help get you started.
