  • Summary

  • Join us for our most challenging episode to date. Death and grief is something that will affect every single one of us but is seldom spoken about or explored. Covid has meant that it has become a feature of the majority of people's lives but we're unsure if we're fully equipped to deal with such loss and heartache. We're joined by a very special guest in Emma van Dijkum, whom you may have heard in the background of previous episodes, to discuss the delayed grief of losing her father. We also speak about our inevitable deaths and how we can help those who may be suffering with loss that may or may not involve the passing of a loved one. See below for resources on advice and support.
