Fabulous way to build meditation into your day

Simple yet effective, the music, word choice and sound of Lauren’s voice is soothing and helps you to re-centre before moving on with your day.

As a long term meditation practitioner I will be recommending these to anyone just starting out or looking to build the habit of meditation into busy lives.
