great but too heavy on the talk and sound effects

I love this idea and tis free on included books, but I do wish more time was given for meditation without commentary. I realise that might suit others so if you meditate well with talking then it is for you! I wish the sound team hadn't added all those singing " whooo arrrr " noises they were more suited to an underwater level in Rayman than meditation. some of these are excellent though and I have enjoyed the ride.

Great Way to Start the Day

I really enjoyed the different meditation session each day been doing meditation for about 18 months but doing this one for 21 days was good I enjoyed about 85% of them I’ll be doing a different one as I carry on with the meditation as it helps me set my day up plus I do shorter ones during the day I would highly recommend giving this a try you never know you might just enjoy it

too fast. no space. no pauses.

for meditation, the leader should create space. her speed is too fast. it's almost like a lecture to absorb knowledge,rather than to be still and silent
