👋 Hi, and welcome to Underestimated Fat Chick, I'm your host, Nicole.

This episode is the start of what I hope to be many : Catharsis w/ Cannabis Meditations.

I guide live canna-meditations on Zoom through the Love Culture Platform.

It's a classic Sunday Circle style meditation, which can be outlined as this :

• I invite you to move a little bit in the beginning
• Then breathe consciously
• I'll bless the space and the medicine if you choose to consume
• We will breathe and witness the medicine activate in the body
• We will Breathe / do a little breathing pattern for a few minutes
• I'll invite you to lay down or get more comfortable
• I will guide you through a Chakra Healing Visualization
• We will be in stillness / your own personal wisdom intake
• I'll slowly invite you back
• We will close with a card pull.

As always, my meditations are donation based with a suggested $5-25 donation. The Meditation is about 1 hour and 15 minutes long, and you can play it as many times as you like!
