As we start a new year, Frank and Chris will occasionally be covering random films that haven't been featured on the podcast yet, whether that's because the film simply didn't fit into a category, Frank doesn't like it as much as audiences or critics, etc. Hence, the 2 Guys start the year with something a little off-the-wall for them, rewatching and reviewing Three Amigos, the 1986 comedy starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Chevy Chase, and directed by John Landis.

As Frank is on vacation in Thailand, he gives us the most chagrin he experienced on his flights around the globe. This week, he covers 2024's adaptation of It Ends with Us, a movie most known for its recent controversy with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. We also talk airports and Thai food.

The Spin Chagrin, a concept that finds Frank having to watch a movie he's never seen before based on the random spin of a wheel filled with off-the-wall genres, continues into its fourth year. All the categories are quotables from Frank himself. In this episode, Frank's category was "Genital Union.” For this category, he watched and reviewed four different movies: the polyamorous Challengers, starring Zendaya and directed by Luca Guadagnino, the recent addition to Max, the horror film The Front Room, starring Brandy, a softcore porn adaptation of The Grudge from 2004 called The Dollhouse, and the 1976 “comedy” Pure as a Lily.
