    Cutkelvin earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Southern University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy. He is the Executive Director of the Belizean Education Empowerment Foundation (a.k.a. B.E.E.F.). The Belizean Education Empowerment Foundation was founded in July of 2017 in response to the education gaps within the Belizean education system. BEEF is committed to providing resources, empirical research, and services to Belizean citizens across the world.
