  • Matt Browell-Hook is the Sector Director responsible for the Energy business within Costain as part of the Natural resources Division. Matt is an experienced energy professional with over 18 years of experience in offshore and onshore hydrocarbon, renewable and major projects arenas with leadership of consulting, engineering and delivery teams across the UK and Europe. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and sits on the leadership boards of both Costain as well as further education and STEM organisations.

    Matt is a passionate leader and engineer who believes the societal demands for Net Zero lie within the gift our engineering talent in the UK.  A proud advocate of a just energy transition approach and promoting a diverse, inclusive, and curious approach to tackling the biggest challenge of our age in decarbonising the UK.
