  • In September 1994, more than 60 children at the Ariel School in Ruwa, Zimbabwe said that during recess, they watched as several silver flying discs landed in a nearby field and humanoid figures dressed all in black emerged.

    The "men" then spoke to the children telepathically, showing them visions of an impending environmental disaster on Earth, before getting back in their ships and leaving.

    The incident became so popular and widespread that BBC journalists and a Harvard psychologist got involved and conducted interviews with the children.
