    This is the eighth and final episode of an eight part series about the life of King Mithridates VI, ruler of the Kingdom of Pontus, and the decades long struggle he lead against the Roman Republic.

    As the Mithridatic Wars come to a climactic end and Mithridates' final plans come undone, our protagonist runs out of time and options. As we conclude this epic series, we consider the legacy of Mithridates' life and the enduring mysteries surrounding his death.
