2. 一个人生活和孤独的关系。读Thanks for Waiting： 在单身生活中体验丰富的人生。 一个人也可以欣赏落叶飞花，四时美景如画。并不一定有人陪伴才能拥有这些乐趣。一个人的生活是不受限的。
3. 如何孤独的活着：再读The Martian，就算这个星球上只剩自己一个人，也要向死而生。学习Peter McGraw关于solo 的理念：单身和独身的区别(from single to solo). Unapologetically unconventional: 没有26岁结婚，27岁生小孩，不必感到抱歉。探索独自生活的道路，即使没有从火星到地球那么远，起码相信自己一个人也可以走很远的路！

2024年结束之前，让我们一起回看这部经典美剧，Friends。
曾经它只是我青春岁月里的背景声， 现在才发现原来它原来可以是一部关于青春和友情的教科书，只是我一直都没有来得及打开。。。
2003年刚来美国，看不懂Friends在讲什么，只知道这是最流行的电视剧。
如今20多年过去了，重看Friends, 发现原来自己错过了那么多。
让我们一起回到1994，回看那时的美国文化，回看曾经想象和憧憬过的纽约。
Chandler 为什么可爱？
Ross 为什么不是一个好男友？
90年代的年轻人如何相爱相处？
美国已经变了很多很多，但是青春的记忆还是那样的鲜明。

从出走的决心到离婚的决心,
再难以忍受的婚姻，也有很多人一忍再忍,
没有人值得我们折断翅膀去陪伴，或者去取悦,
我们接受了这种不可逆的剥夺，不再等待任何人的电话和短信和联系，靠自己就可以过得很充实丰盈，那就是某种程度上从这种剥夺中解脱,
也许生活没有我们想像的慷慨，也许道路就是比我们想像的艰难，每个人都有自己的崎岖坎坷。 每一点一滴的快乐，都是赚到了。
