【著者紹介】
［著］木村 敬一（きむら・けいいち）
1990年、滋賀県に生まれる。日本大学文理学部卒業。同大学大学院文学研究科博士前期課程修了。
2歳の時に病気のため視力を失う。小学校4年生で水泳を始め、2012年ロンドンパラリンピックで銀・銅2つのメダルを獲得し、2016年リオ大会では銀・銅合わせて4つのメダルを獲得する(日本人最多記録)。2021年東京大会では自身初となる悲願の金メダルを獲得する。東京ガス株式会社人事部に在籍。日本パラリンピアンズ協会(PAJPAJ)の理事も務めている。
著書には『闇を泳ぐ全盲スイマー、自分を超えて世界に挑む。』(ミライカナイ)がある。
