Mit ihrer eigenen Geschichte teilt die Autorin ihre Lebenslektionen, Prozesse und beschreibt einen wunderbaren Weg der Heilung, der uns aufzeigt wie man seine eigenen Erfahrungen, egal wie schwierig, annehmen, verstehen, und in Stärken umsetzen kann.
Ein Buch, das mich noch lange begleiten wird, und mich sehr inspiriert hat.
