effective belief system.
a very informative and interesting book , which I will revisit . It will take several listens to understand everything as this book goes very deep . However if you remember the basics and keep it simple it could be life changing.

Beautiful Enlightening book

Loved so much of this. Ypu need to keep an open mind throughout the book right to the end and it will make sense. There's a lot of self promotion by Joe the author but bearing in mind the material of the book why not !

Clean Surrender Clean
I still revert to autopilot and try to set goals and intentions for desired outcomes but know instinctively that things work out better when I surrender. I trust that the Divine knows better than me what is best for me yet I still try to manifest through my conscious mind. Dr Joe Vitale’s words struck while walking in a supermarket car park whilst listening to this audiobook. 3 Keys to success 1) Clean 2) Surrender 3) Clean some more. Now when my conscious mind try’s to control and thinks it knows better I clean, surrender and clean some more.
