Summary
Tom, Becky and their two children are now part of a band travelling together towards their goal: their Zombie Castle. They know exactly where they need to get to in order to survive the zombie-infested world they are now living in. It has already been a dangerous journey, battling zombies to save themselves and rescue others along the way. An unexpected addition to their band of survivors are a group of knights, complete with medieval weaponry and the skills to go with them. But with new travellers come families to be sought and the fight to get to them to see if any have survived. They have honed their zombie-fighting techniques, adapting tools to become weapons, vehicles to become marauding fighting platforms, and begin to believe they have a chance of making a new life, if they can only reach their goal. But it seems that zombies are not their only enemy, and they are forced to face the darker side of humanity to get there.

Brilliant
Really have enjoyed this series - the setting in the UK and the excellent characters bring together an enjoyable read.
I also love the fact that there are such a wide range of characters, and that new ones join various groups all heading towards the castle!
There are some great laugh out loud moments, emotional scenes and a cracking storyline - highly recommend !

Enjoyed the plot.
The narrator sounded like he was presenting the news which ruined the book for me.

Zombies and knights!
As always, sucked in From the start, great narrator and story moves and flows really well.
I love love love the addition of the new characters. (Won’t say too much as ...s poilers!)
Well worth listening to.

A good story with annoying happenings
Sodding narrator has no idea how to read a tone of voice. takes breaks in speaking mid sentence and changes the entire meaning of the words.
zero inflection and too much emphasis on the wrong word within a phrase
Good story told like a child's book. getting annoyed now
