Diabetes Bible

Definitely worth reading!

This book is so informative. I think everyone should read this book, even if they don’t have diabetes! This should be taught in schools and shared with diet clubs! It should be shared with the Government to help reduce the overall NHS bill!

Finally!

Finally, a book about nutrition and diabetes which is concise and to the point. Moreover, it makes total sense to the absolute lay person that I am. No waffle, no unnecessary anecdotes. It is well-read and a pleasure to listen to.

Wow! Eye opener

Very informative and shocking at the same time. Understanding of how little knowledge and changes are made in the area of medicine. It’s a catch up! Also you realise how quickly food and the selling of food as an ideology has influenced how we live but more importantly techniques to combat overeating and how to take back control of your life. Really informative. I will speak to my GP as someone who has just been diagnosed with diabetes but I feel I have some knowledge now to inform my discussion.

type 2 diabetes , the fightback

if the reader has pre diabetes or type 2 diabetes and is determined to claim their life back , this is a tried and tested method. It isn't an easy road. with a smooth surface that gently slopes downhill , it is an uphill path with trips and hazards but it can be traversed , better with support from friends and family but for solo travellers it is also satisfying to get your life back
