basically a selling platform for her online worksh

ok, so I must admit, I did enjoy listening to this audiobook, but, it's just a selling platform for her online workshops and social media.
Its also very me focused (author not reader) and also, there's a very fine line between confident and arrogant, and I'm not sure if that line got crossed a little bit.

all in all, bought in the half price sale and was worth the money, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone if they asked for a self help book.
