Walking meditation

In times of stress, the ability to understand how to move your body and breathe with intention is so vital. I had never heard of walking meditation before, but it makes so much sense. I thought the audiobook was easy to follow and the accompanying pdf was very useful. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on different ways to use your breathe.

Easy Relaxation

You feel so much more relaxed after having listened to this book. It teaches some very basic yoga poses, which are even easy enough for those of us with less flexibility. It also teaches to breathe in such a way as to quiet the mind. The parts about how your brain works with your breath are eye-opening. Meditating for the first time is not as hard as you thought. Doing it every day for a few minutes makes such a difference. This book is very helpful that you look forward to your quiet time each day.

I like the way this book is presented, and the calm soothing voice of Osha makes it an easy listen. She lays out for you a great guide for relaxing both mind and body. The techniques she presents are easy to follow and accomplish even if you think you aren’t flexible enough to do yoga. The meditation techniques and the exercises will help you relax and rid your mind of all of your stress from the daily rigors of life, leading to a calmness and tranquility of your inner being. A great book to have if you are looking for peace of mind!

Great book

After trying out this book, I was amazed at how much better I felt. It teaches easy yoga moves that even stiff people like me can do. The breathing tricks it shows you really help calm your mind. I never knew how much breathing affects your brain - it's pretty cool. Starting to meditate wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Doing it for a few minutes each day has made a big difference. This book is so helpful that I now look forward to my quiet time every day. It's become a nice break from the usual chaos.

Great for beginners
