Incredible, cannot recommend this enough
I cannot recommend this book enough if you have any interest in health at all. You will learn so much but in a nice easily digestible way and with good colour which similar books lack. I loved the section on sleep and no doubt from this you will come away with the knowledge to help improve your life. I recommend this to anyone.
