About this listen
The Washbridge banks are in big trouble - all of their money has gone missing. If Susan can uncover what has happened, it will be The Bugle’s biggest story yet. But there are other things on Susan’s mind - like witches, werewolves, and vampires. Even though she knows they can’t possibly exist.

Getting into the characters now
Second book in the series and getting into the characters now. Although Susan, the lead, is not my favourite. The fairies are sweet. Charlie seems to have bad luck with women. Neil should be surrounded by women but isn't. Dorothy still a bit too stand offish with Susan. But having only one human in a whole block of flats is putting everyone off their game.
Love the money story with the banks. There are not as many story lines and characters as the Witch PI mysteries, but these books are great to listen to and I am glad there are two more for me. Manic is my favourite !

all the references to candlefield without jill and the others. perhaps there will be an overlap in the future or a cross reference.
