Summary
Jack the Ripper is the ultimate cold case. The Whitechapel Murders of 1888 have remained unsolved for over 130 years and hundreds of theories have been suggested as to the killer's identity. Despite numerous books claiming to unmask the infamous Victorian villain, none have come close…until now.
The authors of this book are all members of H Division Crime Club, the world's largest body of experts on the Jack the Ripper murders. They have all come together for the first time in history to deliver their own personal research into each suspect and to finally nail down the identity of the man known as Jack the Ripper.
Taking the original police reports, eye witness accounts and research by the world's leading authorities into account, we ask two crucial questions:
Who did the police suspect at the time? Who was in the area to commit the murders?
Using 21st-century profiling techniques, it is time to reveal the truth behind the men most likely to have been Jack the Ripper. With each chapter discussing a separate suspect in detail, this book is the ultimate guide to solving the world's greatest murder mystery.

Fantastic and factual
I’ve had a few books now based on Jack The Ripper, all of which discuss the crimes then name a person they believe is responsible. This book didn’t do that. It was very informative as to the crimes around that time, the life of living in London, profiling of potential killer then went on to give full details as to many of the potential killer or killers. It used a mass variety of factual information and rid readers of the stupid stories based on years of films and gossip.
Highly recommended if you want all the facts and will leave you to make your own informed opinion as to the killer. 10/10 highly recommend

Captivating read!
This Audio book is captivating from start to finish and there are enough facts abd theories for any open minded ripperologist to contend with! The greatest highlight of this book is that you are presented possibilities of various suspects and not just one main culprit and their likelihood to commit the murders. This has been wonderfully brought alive by the narrators voice acting and tonality when reading witness statements and quotes from the era. Just what is needed!

Insightful
Insightful but terrible narration. But could see past that thankfully.
Still worth a listen if you can bear the constant mispronunciations etc

Disappointing - waste of time and money!
One of the worst books I've read on this subject. Half-baked and poorly reasoned theorising, masquerading as serious true crime literature.
