Summary
When Gerri's VampLycan stepfather died, her mother moved them far from his clan. As a teen, it was the most devastating day of her life, because it took Gerri away from Wen, the boy she'd loved since childhood. Fifteen years later that boy has become a gorgeous man straight out of her wildest fantasies - and when he requests to meet her, Gerri suspects just seeing him will set her up for heartbreak all over again.

After the death of his brother, Wen was forced to assume the duties of firstborn, which include mating another VampLycan. As the danger surrounding the mission mounts, so does their passion, until it's equally perilous. It will take everything in him to keep Wen from claiming his mate...because doing so could mean her death.

Have purchased all the VLG in this series, first class writing narrators best of the best . Recommend to other readers. Hopefully there will be more!!!!!

Slow burner
Love this series. Wasn’t sure about this one but the story picked up as it went on and I ended up really enjoying it.

What a guy
Wen is such a great character. I love how caring he is but also knows how to please his mate. This relationship is seriously hot. A brilliant performance.

Brilliant series!!
Just finished this book which is number 6 in the series. I love this genre so this book was an easy choice to purchase. Great story, has some real funny moments and Savannah really brings the story to life. Can't wait to read the next book, in fact I have the next few in my library waiting. I love how the stories reference past & future title characters & each book has a healthy dose of smut too

Wen
I was disappointed when the release date was delayed but very happy to see this in my library this morning. Hated that i had to stop this in order to go to work and was time watching my entire shift so i could come home to start on this book again. Just like all the others before this one, i was engrossed from start to finish. Cant wait for the next book in this series.

Lots of repetition, but enjoyable
I actually groaned in Chapter 1 and not in the good way! I was already aware this was going to be yet another VampLycan falling for a human story. There is definitely a strong repeat pattern with this series. There are also many repetitive words/phases throughout and the the first sex scene is almost identical to others in previous books. His body is the same, her body is the same, it is described in exactly the same way with the same exact descriptive words! You get the idea… it was all a bit much, however I continued and the story did begin to expand. I ended up quite enjoying the book overall so I have given it 3 stars. It is worth a listen if you like this genre and have enjoyed the previous books.
I would rate the whole series 3 stars in general.
