It's not so bad!
Well I don't crave for food anymore and find I don't snack as much which is good I haven't really felt like I want to exercise just yet but overall I have loss some weight, I would recommend it as it does help.

Really cool
I've had it for 9 days, and even though I only listened to it once, today I didn't eat even half as I would have eaten before this. I recommend it, because it's really good, and the author gets you in a deep relaxing state that you never experienced before. I started laughing because I wasn't really expecting to get this relaxed from a tape. It will certainly surprise you with the deep trance it gets you into, and the special effects it has will amaze and confuse you at the same time.

It actually works!
I already have the Paul McKenna App which is also based on hypnosis, but I wanted to try something new and I'm very glad that I did! I like the fact that the booster session is only ten minutes long and therefore you will be more likely to listen to it everyday. Anyway, I've been listening to it for over a week and it's so weird because my craving for unhealhty food has gone! In the morning, I wake up craving porridge and fruit instead of white bread and sugary tea (as I used to before). The 45 minute session has to be listened to once a week and it always makes me fall asleep but i'm guessing it works because I feel very motivated to exercise. Also, there are some very good tips! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight - the easy way! Even if you just listen to the booster session you will notice a major effect!

I have already dropped 2 dress sizes!
OMG! This program has taught me to be honest with food, and now I only eat when I am actually hungry. Not when I'm bored or hormonal! I can't believe I am actually doing all the things he suggests! Even exercise!!! Maybe It's because I just love his wonderful voice! This is really working for me!!! Hurrah all thanks Max

It really does work... but
This does work. I've used it many times. It is absolutely effortless, you feel good after the session. However, you have to commit to doing the main session once a week and the booster every day or at least every other day. The moment you finish the hypnoses the world we live in with the multiple adverts for junk food, chocolates and candy will slowly revert you back they are in essence a form of slow hypnoses in themselves. With long term use this product can definitely alter your mind and you can live a happy life without relying on food all the time. Gone are the day I'd go to the shop and buy multiple chocolate bars and just binge.

works for me
He has a lovely soothing voice, which sends me to sleep while Max talks to my subconscious mind. I took the dog for a walk and decided to jog along for intermittently instead. I've been back to they gym and most importantly, I haven't eaten any biscuits or chocolate for 2 whole days and haven't even craved it. This is unheard of for me. I'm a total sugar adict. Day 3 today and as I woke up at 5.30am, I popped my headphones on and listened to the whole thing again, falling straight back to sleep. I'm feeling better already without all the sugar.

He made no difference to the crap content.

Anger at myself for falling for this rubbish and not doing proper research into the reviews. Some five star ones are clearly fake, paid-for reviews.
