Summary
A drop of poison is all it takes to bring the biggest wedding of the season to its knees.
Anastasia Winters adheres to the adage that the show must go on, but when the groom of her latest wedding drops dead before "I do," she's left with no backup plan.
Things get even stickier when her friend and esteemed caterer, Francois, is named the top suspect.
Ana's loyalties are tested as the investigation turns into a vicious tug-of-war. She believes Francois is innocent, but holding the other side of the rope is the lead detective - her serious boyfriend - and the more she struggles, the more her own chance at happily ever after starts to unravel.
It's up to Anastasia to find the killer, while gripping tightly to her relationships before they break and leave her with nothing.

Love and murder is in the air
I enjoyed this book. Although it focused a lot more on the characters home life drama and I certainly help its not the last in the series despite the big shame up, I didn't see that coming. It was a nice cross over with another of the author's fabulous series. and the author has created a great community in this series and others and it was nicely expanded. I just love the characters, the romance, the solidarity, friendships and of course the magic of a haven community. Even though the mystery did take a step back, it was still good and kept me guessing. Off to check out another series by this prolific and talented writer because I know it will be entertaining and magical.
After the groom drops dead before saying his vows, Anastasia fed up with taking the blame for everything that goes wrong quits her job as wedding planner. With time on her hands and not wanting to decided on what her future would look like, she decides to look into the death. Especially as her friend seems to be the police's main focus. The groom wasn't liked by anybody and Anastasia feels the suspect list should be a lot longer but can she really clear her friends name when she is worried about her own future?
I like the narrator and add in a great story teller and you have a great series to sit back and enjoy.
